Used needle's found discarded in public places, including tourist destinations, in Thunder Bay, Ontario have been an issue in the city for years now. Despite the city government placed needle receptacles and the Superior Sharps program's attempted to get users to not toss dirty needles in public places they are still found throughout the city.

Hand sanitizer is drank by people to get intoxicated it is very dangerous and can lead to stomach problems, stroke, heart attack and death
Mouth wash with high alcohol content is dangerously drank to become intoxicated
Huffing hairspray is also another dangerous method of getting high
Huffing and drinking hairspray is very dangerous and can lead to death
